Abstract

Apoptosis of cardiomyocyte in coronary insufficiency decreases the quantity of viable cardiomyocyte. This leads to decrease in cardiac contractility and progression of cardiac insufficiency. In our research influence of steroid hormones and parameters of free - radical reactions on аpoptosis of cardiomyocyte is investigated at coronary insufficiency at rats. It is revealed, that at coronary insufficiency is present disbalance hormones of a bark of adrenal glands and free-radical processes кар-диомиоцитов which cause process the аpoptosis of cardiomyocyte.
